Very no. That particular rareslist dog doesn't have very high demand, and store pets do have varying demand, but I'd say the three unicorns is more than generous for it.

Also very no. Your cheetah can fetch at least an 09 rare, if not more with demand. Honestly, this isn't really even worth editing in my opinion.
