would this be fair to me? I haven't been on in a while..

The base value of 2017 store pets is 35-40 C$ but I have seen these going for around 45-55 C$ each (and personally traded for 45, 50 and 55 C$ in various trades). With this trade seeming to value them at 35 C$ each it's not particularly unfair but I definitely think you'd be able to get more value out of the pets!

Is this a fair offer? THey're offering all WL pets but I'm not too good with items! I'm mostly concerned about the butterfly wolf plushie since it's from CS birthday 2009 I believe~

The bwolf plushie is worth around an early '09 rare/vr so just with that alone the trade is unfair for you.

I believe it would be very slightly unfair to them, personally.

The BEG and CEG go for around the same (1-1.5 nons each.)

Demand is mainly up to you and your trading partner, although, I believe they both have around the same demand.
