What do they need to add to make this fair to me?

Just to double-check, a rare Sept. '08 (such as a red rose or target dog) would make this fair to me, right?
Please note- the bulk pets in there are ones I'm hoarding

You are correct. Go for a target/leopard because of the extra hoard pets. Red Rose may be too much.
