the second trade is questionable but I know that 2019 store pets equal 1 mid 2010 rare, and 2018 store pets are an early 2010 rare. Your side is 1 09 rare + 1 ‘10 rare, which is all they need to add.

If you follow the "doubling rule" (so 4 '11 rares=2 '10 rares=1 '09 rare) and value the horsehair wigs as an '11 rare each, just those would add up to 1 '10 rare and an '11 rare. I believe they can go for more, though. The other items are about at least an uncommon each, though you could likely get more for them.

From trades I've seen mostly dragon takes around 150 c$ of value and wigs 09 rare each at least. So that would already be unfair to them. Unless you both value items as other person said but I think most people don't as those have really nice demand

Extremely unfair for them, the bee usually goes for around 2-2,5nons and your side sadly is nowhere close to it.

It's unfair for them, the 2020 store pets are worth 2010 rare each, using 2:1 ratio they'd make up for only the very rare pony on their side so the dog and c$ is overpay.
If you want to keep the pets on your side I'd advice to put them in separate group and disable trades for the group so people will be unable to offer for them :>
