i believe this is fair (depeneding on the person) but ive also
received 2-3 09' rares for mine,,, so I'm not fully sure..
i'd get a second opinion.

Unfair to you as their side only adds up to a 2015 uncommon. They would need to add another mid 2014 uncommon on their side to make it fair

Unfair to you. The Malk Elementals can easily fetch 3-4 '09 rares.
So technically they would have to add another '09 rare at least.

The dog usually goes around a t1, or 4 09s. I’d consider this under by abt 1 09.
