The pineapple is worth .5-1 non. They’re offering .5 nons worth in pets. Each 2012 pet is worth 1 MA, and the T7 dog is an MA itself. Their side equals 7 MA’s in total, which is the high end of a sorb. I’d say it’s a good offer.

2010 rares are worth 22-40C$ according to the guide, malk bettas have pretty average demand so i'd say you're overpaying by passing the 40 mark.

Personally I would take the first offer.
The Zebra is a solid Non while your side roughly fetch 0.5 Non + 2 mid advents.
