valentine malk pps on old list was tier 1 and still swaps for T1 which was/is 3-4 09 rares, they are offering a bit over 5 09 rares which is overpay

Actually, someone told me that the malk PPS is swapping for T7’s. I value the Store lions at 1 09 rare due to demand. Altogether, their pets add up to around 5 ‘09 rares, which doesn’t quite equal what the malk PPS is going for.

I wouldn’t. You can get that for just 1 of your pets, given the c$ guide isn’t really followed.

the basilisk set goes for a sorbet; by that, each basilisk pet should be roughly 2 mid advents.
they're offering a tier 7 advent + a tier 5 advent, + a little over 2 2009 rares. adding that up, that's 2 t7 advents; the trade's fair, but whether you want to take it is up to you.
i have little to no experience with the basilisks so i cant tell you if i'd take it or not, so i suggest getting a second opinion
