Found the reply for ya since they can be a bit hard to find. Not copying the formatting since it's kinda hard to read but the text itself is quoted:
"the red x is worth about 2 mid advents.
on their side, they're offering a 2011 carousel horse (worth 1.5 ma's) + a low tier advent. the trade, by that, is fair."

2018 store pets, based on charts I have seen, go for a mid-2010 rare. so very slightly unfair to you/overpay by that standard. i misstyped and got turned around on the sides, this is unfair to the store pet.

2018 store pets, based on charts I have seen, go for a mid-2010 rare. so very slightly unfair to you/overpay by that standard.

i think you mean unfair to them, since the pet being offered is a late 2010 rare and the store pet is indeed worth a mid 2010 rare
