tier 5 pets are worth approximately 6 '09 rares (source: gaps list). the trade was unfair to them; the demand of the sitting cat on your side does not make up for the missing 2.5 '09 rares.

One Non goes for roughly 1200 c$ nowadays, so they would have to add roughly 600 to make the trade fair.

demand of the pps dragon cat is hard to put a label on because it is not an ex list, and its demand varies because store pet demand is subjective/varies from user to user.
you are offering over 10 '09 rares, or a high advent.
pps dragon cats, in the past, have traded for 800+ C$ or ex-september list pets (source). going off of that, the person you are trading with may consider it unfair to them.

currently, the july lioness is going for 2 MA's (source). personally, yes, i would accept, considering all store pets involved are worth a 2010 rare per, and the grinner and rat have bad demand.

balloon dogs are going for approximately 0.5 nons at the moment. the cheshire cat is currently going for 2 mid advents (source). the patchy and striped pink septembers are worth a few mid advents each (2-3) due to their unfavorable demand. the hyena advent has good demand, and is roughly worth 10-11 2009 rares, although may fetch a bit more due to demand.
