not good with items so i cant help with the first trade, but heres my input on the second one. your side is worth 3 '09 rares and 1 '10 rare. they would be overpaying. demand wise, im not really sure since all of your pets have great demand and none of their do.

I agree. The first has so many store items, but even if you value them as an uncommon for the year they came out, I still wouldn't consider it fair. The second pets are much better in demand than rats as well. Older sitting cats always do well (I don't know if this is a warrior cat or not) and the feathered store pets fetch pretty well too.
