If you're looking purely at rarities, the trade is unfair to you. The pink heart bun turned VR a whole year (July 2010) before the Light Leopard Dog did (Sept 2011), and the tribal bun has been VR since it was released in 2009. That suggests that the bunnies are technically rarer than the Light Leopard. (You can see their rarity changes here: Rarity Histories)
If you're asking about rarity in relation to the old Rare's List (keep in mind it is discontinued), you'll want to get someone else's opinion.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to go with the tried and true "that's up to you and your trading partner" lol. It's going to depend on whether or not your partner goes by the Rare's List or by straight rarities. Especially since in this particular case what we know about these pets' rarity is so different from what the Rare's List has listed.
