If you go off the basis 2 uncommon a = rare of the same year and two rares = one rare from the year prior, I believe you are overpaying quite a bit ^-^

12 2013 uncommons = 6 rares '13 = 3 rares '12
1 2010 rare = 2 rares '11 = 4 rares '12

Obviously everyone's different with year worth's but to my understanding that is the fair way and how a lot of people base their trades ^-^ I would say you are definitely overpaying with the amount of uncommons on your side ^-^ hope this helps!
