The horse is a Tier 7 September Palomino, Valued at 220-230C$ according to the ex list and the List C$ Guide. Personally demand fir the horse might raise or lower the C$ value a bit.
You have a Tier 2 Advent list Zebra Carasoul horse and a Tier 1 Advent Cream/Blue Fluffy Store Dog.
Technically, Rarity Wise they would be overpaying. HOWEVER, my experience you can get massive overpay for store Pets if you auction them/advertise them and have patience.
I sold my "brown fluffy store dog", the littermate to your Cream/Blue fluffy store dog for 100C$, sitting warrior (which I sold for 95), plus 2 other high demand pets. Which I roughly added to 200, not including the two pets I've yet to sale.

With the Carasoul horse I really wasnt able to find many results on it. So you might want to get an opinion there, as I've never owned or sold any.
I know people probably dont agree with the way I value store pets, but I urge you to keep in mind Store pets are never rereleased, while any Rare/Very Rare/OMGSR is. To me, this makes older store pets twice as valuable, at least, then other pets of its tier. Especially store pets with high demand.
