Ehm I'd say it's not entirely fair, since sitting cats are pretty high demand (and they're from 2009, the other pet is 2015)

Please learn the pets before giving false advice. The 2015 vr is worth about a mid '09 rare. Now, your side has two 2009 late rares, I'd say remove a rare and add an uncommon from 2009 to fill the gap

Rarity-wise the cat would be a fair swap for the Tess horse, demandwise it's unfair to the cat as Warriors easily go for overpay.

Unfair to them even with the rather low demand of the Cake Dogs.
The gap between WBD and Cake Dog has been roughly two mid advents, and I assume it being still one mid advent.
