It is false advice. Hargrove did not say it was a fair offer, they said you're giving poor reasoning for what you're saying.
You said there's no list pets there when I counted a solid 7 list pets. You cannot say that kind of thing when it obviously isn't true and could lead to somebody getting scammed out of valuable pets, especially since all of those ex list pets continue to trade for OR ABOVE their list placement.
There's also pets (slight older stores) which frequently obtain a list value such as the robot cat store pet. Please make sure you're doing some research before you give answers, mate.

People quote 2-3 nons for the liontails but I can't see the price going much higher for a good while yet. They're only worth around a non (if that, depending on how exactly you define a non) and they're not going to become unobtainable for long while yet as they only increase in value/worth in proportion to the number of active accounts increasing. If you're looking to trade this pet on later, I would not recommend this trade. However if you're looking to keep this pet in your collection and are willing to risk not necessarily getting 3 nons back if you ever do decide to trade it it would be considered fair demand wise. Just depends on how much you are personally willing to pay for this boi.
