I cant help with the others but the top one is fair if you go by the general "two rares of one year = one rare of the year before that" rule, it's rather subjective though

The third one is unfair to you since their side doesn't add up to another 10 rare and the forth is over pay in the other persons side as 2 '10 rares would make it fair and besides your pet being a pps animal it doesn't have any special demand from what I know but get more opinions

valuing the 3 early stores at 3 '10 rares and going by the "2:1" rule..

4 '10 rares = 2 '09 rares, 4 '11 rares = 1 '09 rare
totaling to 3 '09 rares

if you do this, then it may be fair rarity wise, but I bet you can get more with demand. not everyone follows the 2:1 rule either
i personally would decline because your store pets are older, and therefore have a lot more demand and rarity. they will never be rereleased again, so they can only go up in demand and rarity, and i think you can get a better deal than this tbh

the second one is slight overpay on the other person's side, because both of your list dogs were on the same tier. however, true date lists tend to have a significantly higher demand than rereleased ones. it's up to you whether you want to make the swap, which is technically totally fair, or keep your TD in hopes of getting an even better deal
