Looks quite fair to me, as the UR foal is going solid for 1.5 Nons and a re-released BA for a Sorb.
Demand-wise I would only do it if you're patient enough to trade the Coontail for its value.

rarity wise, the UR foal is actually worth a lot more than the coontail alone but only fetches 1-1.5 nons, whereas the coon fetches a pretty solid 2 and has held its value despite people currently claiming otherwise. the BA can go a lot of overpay (up to a sorbet, depending on your trading partner) but is worth basically nothing compared to the other two rarity wise.
i wouldn't take it personally but it is a fair trade demand wise, if not rarity wise.
