i’d say it’s fair.
valuing your side at 6 nons, the raven being 2 and the cerb being 4–both with very high demand.
their side (if you value a non @ 2 sorbs rather than 3–people typically go for that) is also equivalent to 6 nons with the 8 sorbets and the avocado which typically goes for a non and then the nontag.
however, i would keep your side as storepet value only increases over time and none of their pets are truly anything special. if you’re looking to trade your stores, i’d wait some more time, as i’m sure you could get a better offer c:

As the earth items have very good demand they can easily go for a '13 uncommon each, especially those floating rocks. The trade is unfair to you.

Considering the dragon plush is worth an '11 common - uncommon this is unfair to you.
