These days, I've seen those rats going for anything between a high September Lists to a sorbet, and the toxic goes for about a sorbet. The avocado generally can fetch roughly a non from what I've seen, so this is slightly unfair to the avocado depending on how you value the rat as it can be very hard to trade off. They'd need to add at least 0.5 of a sorbet to a sorbet's worth to reach a non value for the avocado if you consider the rat to be worth as low as a September list.

this is overpay, the zodiacs are only worth the 3 month rule (aka another 2010 rare within 3 months of its release), the 2017 store pet is worth a 2010 rare so the C$ is overpay (25 C$ is equivalent to an additional store pet from this year)... some people would pay more, others wouldn't offer overpay at all. it kinda depends whether you like this offer or wanna wait and see if you get a better one, there's no guarantee that you will
