What would make this fair to both parties?

I am on the other side and would like to know

the 2013 store pet on the top side is worth 2 2009 rares. the PPS dog is from august 2009, making it worth also 2 2009 rares. that gives the top side a total worth of about 4 2009 rares.

the bottom side:
- 2014 store pet, worth a 2009 rare
- 3 2017 store pets, worth a 2010 rare separately, 3 2010 rares all together, which is equal to 1 2009 rare and a 2010 rare

so that means that the top side = 4 2009 rares
and the bottom side is worth 2 2009 rares and a 2010 rare.

the bottom side would have to add a 2010 rare and a 2009 rare (:

Hey hey! I wouldn't take this :3 2x '09 rares/vrs and a couple older uncommons in my opinon don't make it up to the advent list, and the extra 50 c$ is really up to you. Even a T1 Advent is worth at least 100 c$. I'm not sure the exact placement of this bunny but should it be below t5 advent, They should add another 25 c$, or about 1 '10 rare. Should it be above t5 advent, double this :3. 50 c$, or an '09 r/vr. At minimum, any advent list would be valued at 4-5 '09 or '08 r/vr pets.

Both the cinnabun and the avacado go for 1.5-2 nons, so theoretically this would be fair. The avacado’s demand will most likely go down once it’s not considered the “new Ur” but the cinnabun already has a set value that’s here to stay. I wouldn’t take it just because I wouldn’t want to risk it

I haven't seen much demand revolving around the bat/blood dogs, but they're mid-advent I believe, if not upper advent. This trade would be fair demand wise as the shima long tail is often viewed as a mid-advent demand pet. In Addition, all Zodiac dogs have a decent demand at which I say is 2x their three month rule, being 2x '10 rares from the same span of months and up to 2x '09 rares or very rares, depending on the person.
Personally, I wouldn't be taking anything for a shima long tail that's not on the september list; simply due to the constant search people appear to have for all pets from this litter.
However, if you're looking to rid yourself of the long tail I'd say this trade Is fair
