It is overpay by rarity. One 2010 rare is worth 16 2014 rares, but of course it'll be hard to get a fair trade for the rat as they have very poor demand, and quantity has value in itself too. If you like the rat, it's good overpay. I personally wouldn't as it would be much harder to trade off than your fox.

Top is overpaying quite a bit. Your side has many recent pets and I did some rough calculations - your side probably barely covers the 2019 cat (it's a store pet worth a late 2010 rare), so they're overpaying by at least a mid 2010 rare (the dog is a store pet as well).

Very unfair to you, your side is worth a late 2010 rare as the dragon is a store pet and their side does not even add up to a 2017 rare.

That is overpay, but I’ve seen PPS fennec foxes (especially that one) go for overpay quite often. Just the cat PPS alone is overpay-it’s worth about 8 rares from 2014.
