one '19 store pet is worth a '10 rare so they are overpaying quite a lot

this looks good to me, if not slight overpay on your side. The pink sorb (1 non) + the non = 2 nons. I'm pretty sure the liontails have been going for 2 nons, unless their value/demand has spiked recently
