Unfair to them based on the pets already given a rarity. Of course no one knows what the unrated Halloween pets are going to be worth, but from what I can tell they’re over paying by a lot.

Nope, because of the difference in dates. Also, if you're someone who cares about the demand of pets, those rats aren't exactly easy to trade off. edit; What I'm trying to say is, it's unfair to you. PPS pets, especially dogs/puppies like the ones you have, can go for more.
