1 - Fair, as a 2015 rare is worth anywhere from 6-8 C$.
2 - They're overpaying by a little. 2014 rare = 8-10 C$ on it's own, and the 2015 uncommon = 2-3 C$

This trade is unfair. Especially if you go by the list, the Blue Toxic is a mainlist, and the Blue Rose is a September list. Although, the Blue Rose may be easier to trade off, and unless the rarity/worth of the Blue Rose has blown up, I'd deem this unfair to you.

Generally, a very rare is valued at 2 rares from the same year. In this case, your 2011 very rare would be valued at 2 2011 rares. The rat side is offering 3 rares from 2010, so it's unfair to them. Any factors such as demand, personal preference, etc. are up to you to decide. :)
