cake paraphernalia is from 2019, as is mysterious relic
Gardening stuff + chocolate dog is from 2019
crystal ball, tarot cards, mortar and pestle, and milk are also from 2019

I'd say the pet side is way over.

Target dog is a tier 3 sept list, so about 15ish '09 rares. I would say this is overpay on their part, but their offer does not contain any other lists so you might find it difficult to trade back for list pets using what they've offered.

As far as I'm aware the sitting cat is only worth its face value as an '09 VR. Since a '19 store pet is valued as a mid '10 rare, this would add up as fair, although demand and preference is up to you.

It's unfair to them rarity wise ~ just their malk cat would've been fair. Demand is really up to you, I've seen them go for this much, sometimes more but it depends

this is pretty unfair to them. an '18 store pet is worth a mid '10 rare. they're offering four '09 rares, while your side adds up to only one. the pps griffon store pet has a bit of demand but i haven't seen it go for this much.
