Very unfair to you, not quite sure what their side adds up to but it cant be more than 2 or 3 '09 rares, whereas the jokerbun would be somewhere above the gap of the list. again, get another answer from someone else though because I dont know quite enough to give an in-depth answer of what its worth

trade 1. it is actually fair i believe

your side 40 09 rares + 1 t5 = 46-47 09 rares
their side:
grinner - 13-17 09 rares | (2 MA + early 09 R)
horse - 33-46 09 rares (5 MA + 1 LA)
total = 46-63 09 rares

so it is actually fair. that being said neither of these have great demand and quantity like this has a good deal of value itself so i personally wouldn't take it. still, rarity wise it is fair for both.
for the second trade, it is actually overpay on your side... your dog is a rerelease from 2009 meaning they should add another 2010 rare + a 2013 rare as well
