Depends on how you value ponies and bw and whether you're a fan of bulk trades. Personally I'd take the 2nd one as they pay a large quantity of relatively old pets as well as a few rares but if you're looking for especially rares the first might be better for you.

this would be very unfair to you.
the moonswirl goes for around 2 - 2,5 nons only, your tiger dog still goes for 5 - 6 nons.
the toxic, bulk rares and store pets arent enough to close the gap, not even close, your trade partner would need to add a lot^^
