I'd say it's a great bid! (I'd probably accept this as a fair or slightly overpay on their side). Their huge bulk is great for the future, when you're just looking up to trade up into lists or trading it bulk for a mainlist. Also, they added quite a bit of C$, and tokens, which is hugely inflated during this event at the moment, although their price will drop by a bit once the event is over, so I'd accept this trade and sell of my tokens before the value drops! They also included a few septembers + advent, which is also quite good to the bid. I'd rate this overall a 9.5/10 if I were auctioning it.

Not fair to you. Your side equals 4 late 2010s. Their side has the 2010 dog, the store pet cat is worth a 2010, and the C$ could be a 2010. That makes 3, the rest adds up to about 1.5 2013 rares = .75 2012 rares. So they are under.

Unfair to them. Their side add up to 6 2019 uncommons. (Unknown is normally valued at an uncommon of that year. The event pet could be a rare make their side equal 7-8 uncommons.)
