The top one is about 10x better because the bottom trade doesnt even come close to zebra value(unless I missed something) but I believe the pickle/cucumber doesnt go for a non and the zebra does?

^^ You're mostly correct. Although, even with the zebra, it is hard to trade off to a non. But, if you ahve the cucumber, it is harder. But, if you have patience, you are guarenteed a non!
