If you use the list, it's fair as your side is worth 3 '09 rares, and their pet would be worth 3-4 '09 rares. If you don't use the list or agree with their values, then it's up to you to determine if it's fair or not. Personally, I would keep the store pets because I value them more, but that's just my opinion. It's up to you!

I see this as unfair to you because of the OMGSR rat on your side -- I personally value it at a Sorbet, and the Gearback a lot less than that. Rarity wise it's unfair to you.
