Someone please give me opinions on this

looking at the how much is this worth in C$ guide, a late 2009 rare/vr is worth 30-35C$ (the dog is a rerelease from sept. 2009). a 2012 rare is worth 9-12C$. uncommons do not really have "set" pricing, and different people will value them differently. i'd value the 2011 uncommons from 5-6C$. altogether the trade is worth from 54-62C$.

the eat me & drink me set is typically valued at around 6-7 nons, as i've personally seen lately.
the first trade, adds up to about 4-5 nons, the second is a pretty solid 5-5.5. considering what the set can go for, it would be unfair to them in both of these cases, however, everyone values things differently, so it really depends on if you, and your partner are both happy with these trades :]

that'd render the first trade at about 5.2? and that'd put the second trade at roughly 5.5-6. so the second offer would be more fair to your partner overall.
