Not fair to top. Going by the list, the Chesire is a tier one Advent. Even if you're not going by the list, the Chesire was a store pet in 2012 while the kitsune was from 2013

like almost all store pet, both pets have a good demand, the cheshire is even one year older (was on the advent list) and its a little harder to obtain than the kitsune, in my opinion it was a generous offer from your trade partner and they were overpaying.

demand wise the pps dragon can go for a non, so the nonjewel alone would be enough.

Not fair to bottom. Current year store pets can generally go for around a late 2010 rare. All of the top's items are 2015 which go for about a 2015 uncommon each. All that adds up to a 2012 rare + 2015 rare and uncommon
