Honestly, unfair to them. Your side is worth a high September at best, and while the non-balloon isn't in demand, it doesn't have bad demand.

Sorry to say again, but you're underpaying. There's quite a bunch of '10 rares, however the '10 rares are mostly quite low demand, although some are higher. The items aren't worth much as most of them are free and are recent. Your side will probably add up to at most a high september - a low mainlist

edit- One more opinion? Let me make it clear that I do NOT follow the list. And please don't be snappy and say "no, that pet is worth way more than those rares"(nothing against the person that said this), to me It's very rude. I am using this thread because I am a new player.
