From experience, I traded the same sept list rat and + for a PPS dragon cat, which I traded for a few store pets. Pretty hard to trade off.
However, this is all personal experience! Its up to you

Going by the list, it’s unfair to them though the spotted tribal does not have good demand as of late so your advents are a much better trade for now.

This is... Very unfair to you. None of their items are worth even an '09 rare, and you're offering an '08 vr, two '09 rares (counting the store pet's worth), and 3 '10 rares.

The oldest of their items is the angel collar, which is part of a store set. The next oldest is the wizard scarf and the blue gown, which are from Medieval Faire 2011, and only worth a 2011 uncommon - or common, depending on how you value items.
