Would a Raven dog be fair for the UR Zonkey demand wise? Thanks !

No. The UR Zonkey fetches 2 nons consistently whereas the raven fetches 1-1.5 nons (and dropping) these days. Rarity wise the raven is only worth around the same as the carousel store horses so if I were on the Zonkey side I definitely wouldn't take it.

I mean when I had a raven dog only a couple of months ago I got multiple 2 non offers and a 2.5 non offer, so I'm not sure I actually agree with that. I haven't seen a raven go for a non all year, and I don't believe demand is dropping. I definitely agree though that the zonkey is worth much more rarity wise and the raven is no where near as rare as its demand value.

I agree with Amarok.
The raven's demand isn't as high as it used to be and from my experience it's going for 1-1.5 nons instead of 2 at the moment (this is an example of what I traded for one recently: X.). I believe the raven's demand peaked during mid 2019, but fell drastically after the rarity update. The zonkey consistently goes for 2 nons and has really good demand.
I'd say the zonkey is a massive overpay for a raven at the moment
