They joined in July ,2010 I don't consider them a new member at this point. New members should have a grasp at basic rarities by now and know what a VR '08 is.

I joined in may 10' but i didnt start using this untill december i.e. trading etc, apart from popping in at one point in november to adopt, so im still getting to know my rarities...
