Trade Rant Thread

I have to lock ALL my groups now, because apparently my trade settings, which clearly, and boldly state that my trades are closed, doesnt stop anyone from Sending me dumb trades.

No messages, dumb trades, breaking the only "rule" I have listed.

I mean REALLY?!! How dang hard is it to read one stinkin sentance!

Well...might as well reorganize my groups while im at it xD

rant one!
no message. i hate it. i dont know why but people should leave a message whether its hey want to trade or a nice long message explaining the trade, what they want, what they have ect.
i always leave a message usaully explaining that stuff.
or when you leave a kind message. and they cancel no message!
im made it a rule that you must include a message or i will cancel no matter the trade. and people still dont follow!

rant two!
code words. cant stand them! i have a reading disability so i usually miss them and get foed for it! like really sorry i ccant read right i guess that makes me a bad person!

rant three!
when people send a trade thats completley unfair. i cancel or edit. and they send the same trade!

rant four!
begging and the guilt trips! gosh i hate it so much!!! i dont mind a message and somewhere like this is my dreamie so im hoping we can work this out. and its a decent trade. but when i get
PLEASE!!!! this is my DREAM PET!!!! im so happy you have it!!!please accept or edit!!!!!!! please please i would love you forever and you would be my best friend omg i want this pet so bad i have been looking for it forever!!!!
and its an uncommon for my joker.. no way!!

Basically, i agree with all that. My individual thoughts:

Rant one: If i get a trade from a non coppa'd member, no message, i cancel, no message. I hate when someone doesnt include a message. I even had it in my rules (till i closed trades) And still >(

Rant Two: I have started ignoring codewords. If they cancel a fair trade because I forgot a silly little code, then so be it.

Rant Three: Most of the time, unfair trades are from people who i was nicer to in the past, nd they believe i will go through with any trade they send, and if i cancel, oh must be a mistake! No, it wasnt. Send the same trade five times, foe. I think thats a good number.

Rant four: Begging. Up until one month ago, no one had begged me for anything. After the advent, yea, that changed. Suddenly, me cancelling a trade that was a couple commons for my sunback is ruining their life. I see the words"dream pet" in a trade message, unless the trade is fair, i cancel.

I agree with all of these completely, I don't even bother sending trades if the person has a code word anymore, especially when they are "persons username" rocks! or anything rocks because why should i have to say something rocks when i might not think it does?

ahahaha! i think its so funny!!

i hate when people try to cheat you. im trying really hard to get an 09 ur dog the striped and spotted one. and i offered some rares on one asking them to edit. they added my joker and blue balloon... and kept all the rares and very rares i offered. i was told joker is worth the ur dog so i edited them out saying that it would be unfair to me and they were like well never mind because your wrong! this would be fair!!!

i got a trade with two uncommon hoards on their side and a rare 09 dog on mine i sent it back saying it was unfair and we had an arguement. apparently two uncommon 2010 hoards are worth a rare 09 dog...

ugh and they were like well your loss you would have gotten great pets that could get you an 08 rare! but no. bye!

ugh two uncommons will never equal a rare! 08 is an exception!!

Alright. For starters, I don't have a noncoon. I have a coondog, here

I cancelled with this:

Mine is very obviously a coondog, which is much rarer than the noncoon. Even if it was a noncoon, it would still be unfair to me. Don't try and scam me again. Ever.

Might have been a tad harsh, but the person has been here since May, and I do not appreciate people trying to scam me. At all.
