And honestly.. my rant lately is related to one of the front page rules on this thread.

8: New - I see this everyday here, and its starting to become a bit of an issue. If you are continuously getting trades for your prized pet, and its annoying and you hate it, have you considered changing the trade settings on said group? If your problems can be fixed by this, I suggest doing so and not complaining over and over about it.

Seriously. It's annoying. Put it in another group just for the Super Awesome Zomg Dreamy Pet of Doom and lock it if there are pets left in there that you are willing to trade. Whole group is nft? Lock it. Rules are well and good, but complaining because you left the barn door open and the horses got out is just ridiculous.

Ugh.

I think, imo, that they meant that people can have groups like yours, but can't come on here saying "everybody offers unfiar things for my dreamie" because they refuse to lock the group.

Because people don't bother to read? That's why I did it.

The point, however, was that whining here about it repeatedly over the same single pet that could easily be locked up is mentioned specifically in the rules.

Sure, I feel some sympathy the first time. Maybe even the third. But after the eighth, I sort of want to send people a crappy trade for that pet myself just cause I'm feeling tired of listening to it when it could so easily be fixed.

In short.. it's a rant thread, I ranted. Feel free to add your own rants.. that's what it's for.

I agree. If people don´t want others to offer on their favorites then lock the group! Is it so hard to click a simple button just to get no more trades?

I locked my favored pets...
But at any rate, people who edit back and forth with you over something reasonable and then, just when you're getting your hopes up, make it utterly ridiculous make me sad. x_x

Yeah.. I always feel uneasy when I have to edit something, because it's a sure thing as soon as I make it actually reasonable to my side, they'll either cancel or add something ridiculous in there.
