I would say it is overall fair due to the bulk variety of store pets. The store pet on your side tends to have a higher demand, but if I received that trade, I would take it.

Demand wise, no. The trade is mainly rats and horses which both have horrible demand. Your side is dogs and a malk dog which are more on the top of the list of demand. Rarity wise, probably.
