this is an offer for this group of pets I'm auctioning off,, I'm not that good with item values, how fair is this? Thanks for any help!

The items are only worth a common/uncommon from the time they were released, which the oldest item on their side is only from 2013.
I'd consider this trade very unfair to you. (:

mostly fair.
their side = to around C$ 190
2017 store pets are worth on average 33 C$ each (so *5 = 165)
the bat is from October/Halloween 2010 and worth ~25 C$ (so 165+25=190)

depends how you both value the pink balloon AND the floppy eared september.

the pink balloon was worth between ~21-24 mid advents (a mid advent being ~7 '09 rares).
the floppy eared september was worth ~5-6 mid advents
everything else on your side is equal to about 17-18 '09 rares (or any extra 2.5 mid advents totalling out to ~8 mid advents)
so you would be underpaying by a large margin.

this is why i encourage people to not continue using the discontinued list ^^
