Ok as much of a mass confusion as this litter was, this is by far my favorite outcome. So pretty.

Agreed, it is a definite favorite so far this year

Now that this litter is all grown, have some trivia :D


The original theme of the colorful dogs was secondary colors, orange, purple, green, however green decided to be dark and overpowering so I decided to go with teal which actually played nice with the other colors though I did keep lime green as the accent color.

Originally there was just going to be 6 outcomes (pure colors and bi colors) until I realized there was going to be someone who'd bring up 'man, wouldn't have been cool if an outcome had all three colors?'. Originally the tri color was going to be a pps so I didn't have to have them go through multiple stages of growth but the puppy line art was too small to fit everything I wanted on it and I think you know the rest.

I name all my litters so I can sort them on my computer, I called this one 'color chaos' and I think it lived up to its name.

Due to the nature of this litter I ended up with some unique line and ear combos

This guy is the only two tailed, lazy eared dog on the whole site


There's only one other dog with this ear combination


These are the only 2 tailed dogs with mismatched ears

The tri color is the only 3 tailed dog with the front ear pointed and the other floppy



Bonus trivia!

The birthday 2nd gen litter's theme was cake and cookies with the the ur cookie dog (Aussie) and a cake dog based off an item from CS's 3rd anniversary.

I agree, another stunning job as always, and some really awesome unique linearts to boot! I wouldn't mind seeing more mismatched ear doggos some time in the future. c:

Ah so true, mismatched ear doggos are the cutest doggos, and this litter was a perfect way to try out the different combinations
While it’s on my mind, is it just me or would these dogs make the best parents for a 2nd or 3rd gen litter in the future?

Both litters have been absolutely wonderful. I want to say - much as I adore the colour chaos litter, I feel like the second gens have been a bit overlooked this month because of them. I have absolutely adored the second gens, I love the combinations you came up with from the parents, and I'm actually hoarding one outcome... maaaaybe two outcomes hahah. But definitely the one with the white and blue fade nose, what a beauty! They are gorgeous, and both litters are already two of my all time favourites on the site.

This litter felt so special thanks to the confusing splits and bright colors *v* I can't thank Saikyo enough for how much fun this month's growths have felt, making a great month of pets even better !!

Aah!! A prancing little PPS ;v; The design of this one reminds me of gymnastic leotards, especially since I tend to associate those with young athletes.


Yess, another fantastic shrimp rat! I think tonight's is based on the Crystal Black or Panda shrimp? They look very similar, haha.

Yağmur's work is always a delight to behold and I'm happy that these have managed to charm users who aren't fans of rats.
