I think monthly, with an explanation about how the site was run, no adoption limits, how pets had to be transferred over from saved word docs, how some pets were available for a few months etc?

I like this. I think particularly with a focus on how this affects the number/availability of pets available on the site now. Whilst the site history is interesting I think we only need to include it insofar as it is relevant to current trading. Perhaps litter by litter? Starting with the sun and moon pups?

I second this. If this is don every monthly, it can be used as a resource for Dec 18th when that rolls around.

How about calling it the “Rarity List”? I’m bad at names, but the other list (rares list) kind of sounds like only rares. Rarity means all rarities! It’s just a suggestion though.

Using the word “list” to mean uses a problem associated to rares list. That this is the only list you should do. The word guide works better to ensure that is is a option you can use, not the option.

Why not call it the rarity guide? Because one already exists :)

But it’s a good suggestion, I don’t believe it will be beneficial in a better way with so many projects going on.

So what sort of format are you guys thinking for the July 08 section for example?
I'm unsure how to arrange them all. I want to make it clear that Moonswirl, Dogtag & Sunjewel are rarer than July PPS & Coontail, and they're rarer than the Nons because we know this from rarity changes. Right now Moonswirl and Nonswirl have the same rarity tag but we know they have very different rarities. What's the best way of conveying this sort of information?

I'd say sort them by who changed to omgsr first, and include the dates they changed.

^^ This is pretty much the only thing you can do.

If you do anything else it gets close to crossing over to what other guides are doing and they are trading based.

That pets rarity change

That pets history

Why it is believed that this pet is this rare compared to others

I am guessing by making a semi profile for each pet, this could work Maybe?

There are already lists that are sorting based on rarity changes, whilst we must acknowledge the difference in rarity between the different outcomes I'd like to see a focus on the release month/litter. How many months they were adoptable for, how one was harder to get than the others and this was shown when it was the first to turn OMGSR etc.

Not sure how that looks as I'm on mobile and it probably isn't the most compact as we're dealing with... Like 15 litters just for July August.

I guess we don't need to go into detail for litters such as the sitting cats but it'd be good to have some kind of explanation as to why those litters are less rare. (Available for longer I think?)
