The top is technically overpaying. Your Store Pet is worth a mid '10 Rare, and everything else in your side is worth the 3-months rule. Adding up the VCs and valuing a Common at 2 VCs, your side is worth a mid '10 Rare + 1 '18 Common + '15 Rare + '18 Rare. The Store Pet aside, these pets aren't adding up to the massive time gap between their '11 Rares and those pets.

Well, yes! As explained on my previous post, their side is worth a lot more due to the fact that your side can't add for much more beyond their '10 Rare. Their '10 on its own doesn't completely cover the Store Pet since it's considered a late '10 Rare, but all they would've needed to add to make up for the gap is an Uncommon from the same year (in my opinion). The added '11 Rares is overpaying for not only the Store Pet, but the rest of the trade.
