1. Going by the list, unfair to them rarity-wise. You would need to add a balloon dog to be fair to the toxic. The other two rares don't make much of a difference

2. Unfair to you. Tier 5 Advents = 6-7 Mixed 09 Rares, they're only paying a little bit more than 5

They don't have much demand anymore, from what I've seen. The two uncommon would be fair.

2016 common = 2017 uncommon = 2018 rare

I'd say it's unfair to them because of the extra pets other than the '08 VR and 09' rare, but it depends on how you value the Kitsune demand-wise. It's only worth an early 09' R - 08' R, but it seems to go for quite a bit more because so many people love their design (like myself)
