I am not an expert. Consider my opinions loosely.
5th one: Should be fair or incredibly close. Both are URs and only a year apart. The fox hasn't had any rarity changes and the cat just got its rarity recently. Demand wise I am not sure which is more popular. The cat being more new/less than a year old might make it more popular but this is not a fact, just an assumption.

Is this okay? I can't tell if the amount im getting from them is fair for those 2 pets. I figure it is, but I sorta feel hesitant. If it is I'll go for it, though

In my opinion, it's pretty unfair to you. Your pets are a lot older + are both uncommons

Does the WL affect whether or not a trade is fair? These are the only pets of mine that are on theirs. I ask cause I've had trades cancelled for offering non-wl for my wl, and I'm wondering if I'm being purposefully deterred from this guy for the same reason 😅

it doesn't, it's just a list of pets people like/want to get them.
Many people won't accept non-wishlist pets since they simply don't want/like them. But it doesn't affect the fairness of the trade

WL does not affect if a trade is fair. WL only affects if someone wants the particular pet. Depending on the person you trade with some people just won't accept certain pets even if the trade is fair because they don't want what was offered.
