Whats the Tess Dragon even worth?

To my knowledge, the dragon was released in the Advent Calender 2009 and is therefore worth 2 2009/2010 rares within 3 months of December 2009.
The first dog is worth a mid 2009 rare and the cat is a re-release from January 2009. Raritywise they are overpaying by at least a 2010 rare (not sure about the hoodie).

The hoodie is just a store item you can still purchase it for like 5c$ or something. But thank you!
