It's not too bad. I'd say you'll need at least another 1-2 low grade '08 advents (so not the BA/BMD/Angel/Hyena/TWA), or a TWA/Hyena advent.

The white dragon isn't /that/ sough after, I'd say it's fair, in my opinion, of course.

It's worth a VR September, akin to the Blue Rose or the pink Septembers. That group isn't equal to a red rose, so it's unfair to the dragon.
