I haven't added any of the UR or Store pets into the list, I'm waiting for the poll for that to go up before I do anything c;

Ahhh, my bad. I see URs as normal pets that just happen to be rare, I thought you hadn't added the other URs because their value is uncertain (hard to know where in OMGSR they are) but the Bengal is easy.

I can easily add them to the list, it's not set as first written = most rare. I just sorted them into the tiers they belong.
So all time omgsr like the UR Tiger will go in that tier, ones like the UR Lion and Cucumber would go under 'fluctuations' and the '09 Ice Cat would go in the 'new omgsr' tier.

As for where they should go, well that'll be up to the data we can find to place them as accordingly as possible. It's known that the new URs have a higher percentage rate for adoption than other pets, so more are in circulation for trading. Then the rates go down the year following release so it's a steading flow of them while maintaining their omgsr status. How this translates into the numbers available for trading we'll find out c:

And the way I see it yes - UR pets are just extra rare pets. Only Stores I consider different as Tess herself said they're 'semi-custom' and shouldn't be counted towards a complete collection (and when the poll goes up I will be voting for a separate list).

I’m confused what the option ‘include every year but not every VR+‘ means compared to the rest of the options. Especially compared to the ‘older pet cutoff plus some exceptions’ because in my mind they seem kind of similar.

Same here really. I'm not sure what exactly the difference is here.

Yeah ^ sort of similar to the Old RL where a lot of 09 VR butterfly wolves may not be considered rare enough to be on the rarity list but the 2011 St Patty's dragon would be

But how is that any different than old pets included with some exceptions. That’s the thing. That VR robo rat could be an exception. Etc. in my mind they seem like the exact same options.
