(which really should be more publicized, now that I think about it)

So my main question is - how do we know what's rarer - a pet that started as VR, then turned OMGSR in 2011, and never fell back; or a pet that started out as OMGSR later on, and never fell to VR?

It's just so confusing to me.

There's a couple of guides out there that have been recording pet rarity through the years. If someone could find them and link them for raw data that can be a starting point.

I'm loving this idea! Another list will definitely make many users who are discontent with the other list at least be a Little happier in the trading enviroment.

The idea of multiple list would be phenomenal as recently mentioned.

But my main question was regarding this:

This is a draft/thread plan to create a Trading Guide list based on RARITY ONLY of the older pets.

What will be qualified as older pets? Only 2008's pets, or also 2009's? Pets from 10 years ago or more?

Also, perhspas the rarity change archive is what you are looking for to base the list on?

I 100% support this.
I was around before the first list and the community was so much happier not having to pay extortionate amounts for some due to "demand". Look around, there are ravens, jokers, ba's all over the forum. Why are they being traded for something we rarely see, like the 08 UR cat? Why do 4 balloon dogs = a sorb? I see just as many sorbs as balloon dogs. It makes no sense, good on you Sin for getting this started because the rares list thread is just going around in circles. Trading needs to get easier.
