I don't know if it's fair or not but I think I wouldn't accept that, the Ur cat is interesting but rat and Nick are hard to trade off...

i wouldn't even consider accepting the 3rd trade
valuing the liontails/eatme/sleip/raven at a non each
and the marionette, patchwork and clockwork at a sorbet each,
your side adds up to around 7 nons not even including the punks and androids
their side even valuing the pickle at 1.5 nons and ceg at 1 adds up to 4.5 nons
get a second opinion though (:
